A cigarette power supply is in most cases included with every dashcam. Sometimes it can be useful to have an additional cigarette power supply, for example if you want to use the dashcam in multiple vehicles. For dashcams where only a hardwire kit is included, such as LUKAS and Qvia, you can use a cigarette power supply to simplify the installation process. Please note that in this case you can not use the parking mode.
