The Motocam X7 4CH is the perfect combination of a truck camera system and dashcam. The dashcam has four FullHD cameras of which three are fitted with infrared LEDs for great night vision. The Wifi allows for wireless transferring of videos and the GPS stores coördinates and saves the current speed.
This Motocam X17 4CH is in fact a truck camera system and dashcam in one. The big 7 inch TFT display - showing all four cameras simultaneously - can be used to have great visibility around the truck. This makes the Motocam X17 4CH the ideal assistant for every professional truck driver, making driving safer and easier.
The Motocam X17 4CH is equipped with four Full HD (1920*1080p) cameras of which three are fitted with infrared LEDs for great nigh vision. The resolution of the camera is very good, making all situations clearly visible. The three LED equipped cameras are waterproof and can be fitted outside of the truck. The fourth front camera is places on the dashboard and will record the road in front of the truck.

The Motocam X17 4CH is has Wifi, making it possible to view recorded videos on your phone or tablet. The free App can be downloaded for iOS and Android. Using the app it’s possible to connect with the camera within a range of about 10 meters and to see, download and share recorded videos.
The Motocam X17 4CH is delivered with an external GPS receiver that saves the coördinates of the video locations. The GPS receiver also allows for the current speed to be shown on the bottom of every video. The recorded videos can later be viewed on the PC with specially designed software, together with the locations on Google Maps.
Thanks to the included Bluetooth switch it very easy to change the cameras on the LCD screen. One press on the button changes the camera shown on the screen. This makes driving a lot easier and safer for the driver.
Apart from the Bluetooth switch, this Motocam X17 4CH also comes with a complete remote control to control the menu of the camera.
This Motocam X17 4CH is equipped with loop recording so the dashcam will keep recording even when the SD card is full. Videos are stored in short files of 3, 5 or 10 minutes, when the SD card is full the oldest file will be automatically deleted so there is space for a new file. This way you are sure the last period of time is stored on the SD card, the length of this period depending on the size of the SD card.
When powered by the cigarette power plug, the Motocam X17 4CH will start recording automatically when the car is turned on and will stop recording when the car is turned off. Note that this function will only work in cars that provide power trough the cigarette port when the ignition is on. When power is also provided when the ignition is off, the Motocam X17 will stay on and has to be turned on and off manually.
The built-in G-sensor in this Motocam X17 4CH registers when you have an accident and in that case saves the current file in a special emergency folder on the SD card. Files in this folder cannot be erased by the loop recording.
This Motocam X17 4CH has a built-in microphone. The microphone can be muted in the menu.
The current time and date of the recordings are visible in the lower corner of the videos. This setting can also be turned off in the menu.
The Motocam X17 4CH has a built in screensaver. The screensaver turns off the screen after 1 minute in order to not distract the driver too much. The camera will keep recording when the screen is turned off and the screen can be reactivated at any time with one press on the Bluetooth or OK button. The interval can be changed in the menu or the function can be completely turned off.
The Motocam X17 4CH comes with an adhesive mount for the LCD screen. This makes mounting the screen on the dashboard very easy.
The Motocam X17 4CH comes with 4 meter long 5V/3A cigarette power cable to supply the dashcam with power. The power cable is suitable for 12V and 24V vehicles. The use of another (permanent) power cable it not possible without cutting the standard cable because of the special connectors for power and cameras.
Watching the recorded videos of the Motocam X17 4CH can be done on the PC or on the dashcam’s own LCD screen. The videos are stored on the SD card as normal MP4 files and can be watched with every standard video player or with the special GPS player.
The Motocam X17 4CH has two Micro SD slots supporting maximum 256gb Micro SD cards each. In total this amount to about 64 hours of FullHD videos.
