The Nanocam NR03 FullHD rear camera allows you to record both in front and behind the car with your Nanocam dashcam. The NR03 films at FullHD in 30fps and has a viewing angle of 140˚ so a fairly large area behind the car is visible. No separate power supply is required for the rear camera, simply plug it into the front dashcam and you don't need to do anything else.
The rear camera is connected to the front camera via an included 6-metre cable. The cameras record simultaneously and the images are stored separately on the SD card. The rear camera's image is displayed on the LCD screen via PiP (Picture in Picture), and with one touch of the screen, the rear camera can also be displayed large in picture.
Place the rear camera inside and preferably somewhere on top of the rear window, for example near the third brake light. This gives you the best view and it does not stand out too much. Please note that the Nanocam NR03 is not waterproof and therefore cannot be mounted outdoors.
So the Nanocam NR03 FullHD rear camera does not require a separate power supply, the camera receives power via the cable it is connected to the front camera. However, there is a separate (optional) red cable that is intended for the parking aid function. This cable can be connected to the power supply of the car's reversing lights. When connected, the rear camera image will be displayed large on the LCD screen along with parking lines when you put the car in reverse.
