Viofo HK4 Continuous power supply with angled USB-C connection to permanently supply your Viofo T130 and A229 dashcam with power, among other things. Because the cable is connected directly to the power of the battery, it is no longer necessary to use the cigarette power supply in the car. This continuous power supply allows the dashcam to be used in park mode with the ignition switched off.
This Continuous power supply can be connected to three points in the car's fuse box. The Viofo A139 models, among others, require a connection at three points to use the automatic parking position. The Red wire is connected to a continuous fuse (which also supplies power when the ignition is switched off), the Yellow wire to a switched fuse (which switches on and off with the ignition) and the black wire to earth.
The power supply has a built-in module with a switch that ensures that the car's battery does not run out while filming with the dashcam. The switch can be set to 11.8V/23.6V, 12.0V/24.0V, 12.2V/24.4V or 12.4V/24.8V. The power is interrupted when the battery voltage falls below the set threshold.
