The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi is a handy and comprehensive dashcam that has been specially developed for use by taxi drivers. The dashcam simultaneously films everything that happens in front of, behind and in the car. In this way, the T130 3CH continuously keeps an eye on things.
The Viofo T130 3CH is equipped with no fewer than three different cameras. The front and rear cameras film everything that happens around the car and the interior camera keeps an eye on the inside of the car.
The front dash cam records with QuadHD (2K) resolution in 30fps and the back and inside with 1080p Full HD 30fps. The interior camera is also equipped with infrared LEDs, so that the image is also of excellent quality in the dark. The interior camera can be rotated 25° degrees vertically and the front camera can be rotated 60° degrees vertically and 90° degrees horizontally. In this way, both cameras can be optimally positioned.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi GPS is equipped with dual-band Wifi, which means that the file transfer is very fast. The network is very reliable. Via the Viofo App, the images can be viewed and downloaded directly via WiFi on any iOS and Android phone and tablet.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD WiFi films with razor-sharp image quality. Thanks to the super-fast Novatek 96660 chip in combination with the two SONY sensors, all details are clearly visible, even in the dark.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi is equipped with an automatic parking mode with motion detection or Time Lapse. With motion detection, the camera is on standby and starts recording for 30 seconds when motion is detected. With Time Lapse, the camera continuously records a 1fps video that can later be played (accelerated) as a 30fps video. This way, evidence is always available if the car has been damaged while it was parked.
Note: The automatic parking mode only works if the dashcam is used with the Viofo Continuous power supply USB -C (see accessories). When connected, the camera will automatically switch to parking mode when the car's ignition is turned off and switch to normal recording when the car is started.
With the handy optional Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi Bluetooth SOS button, a manual SOS recording can be started on the Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi with one push of a button. The SOS button can easily be connected to the Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi by switching on the dashcam and holding the button for 3 seconds. The blue indicator LED on the button will light up blue if the connection is successful. The SOS button can be mounted anywhere within the vehicle using the supplied sticker.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi is supplied with a GPS module as standard. The current speed can be displayed in the image through the GPS. This can be of decisive importance as evidence in an incident. In addition, the GPS remembers the location of the places where the dashcam was filmed. The route traveled can therefore be viewed via the software on the PC.
Due to the 140° + 166° + 165° wideview 'fish eye' lens, the Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi has a large range and almost everything in and around the car is recorded.
The 1.6 aperture and 7G lens capture a lot of light, so that the quality of the images is very good both during the day and in the dark.
The HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology enables the camera to generate sharp images in very high and very low light intensity. As a result, the camera records razor-sharp images both during the day in bright light and at night when there is little light.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi is equipped with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range ) hardware. As a result, the dashcam automatically adjusts the light intensity depending on the environment. The WDR therefore guarantees the best image quality under changing circumstances.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi dashcam automatically starts filming when the car is started. So you no longer have to worry about it when it is placed in the car. The requirement here is that it is connected to the power supply in the car.
Due to the built-in G-sensor, the Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi dashcam detects when you have a had an accident. In the event of an impact, images are automatically stored securely so that they are no longer lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.
Via the AV output, the image from the dashcam can be displayed on an external monitor, such as a built-in navigation system of the car. An AV cable is required to transfer the images.
The Viofo T130 3CH can be expanded with a CPL filter. The CPL filter guarantees optimal protection and image quality under sunny conditions. The CPL filter works for the dashcam like polaroid sunglasses for the eyes. Harmful UV radiation is filtered and annoying reflections are removed. This improves the image quality and durability of the camera.
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi is equipped with a super capacitor battery. This battery ensures that the camera can shut down properly after a power failure. Super capacitor batteries have been specially developed for use in dash cams because they are more durable than regular Polymer Li-ion batteries and are also more resistant to high and low temperatures.
By the built-in microphone in this dashcam also records the sound in and around the car. The microphone can be turned off if desired
The Viofo T130 3CH Taxi QuadHD Wifi supports MicroSD cards up to 256gb. This is enough for about 48 hours of FullHD video (24 hours in 3CH).
